While I agree that 3DP has a long way to go and indeed quite a lot of work to do, I wouldn't consider the announcement and the contract as trivial.

One, the WES 2018 annual report shows that the development of Decipher is the number one focus for growth of the $1.3 billion Industrial segment. As indicated in the announcement, the company already operates in more than 60 countries.

Second, getting a foothold in such a large company with strong exposures to segments that are important to 3DP, also, perhaps, indicates that the company's offerings are better than those being offered by competitors in the market place.
