MobyT you are right, I know the manager of a bunnings in a large regional Victorian city. He told me last week that their December sales were up 13% on last year and they were the lowest in regional Vic. They are very happy with the way things are going.
I don't discount the level of debt that WES have to repay, but, this will go into oversold territory and become a great long term buy.
I am sitting and waiting to enter at $15-16.
