Maybe. It's hard to quantify the synergies with this MOU. And it's just an MOU to discuss the identified synergies.
More likely, WAF might be interested in buying Orezone. Good for Orezone as they have been smashed the past 6 months. Their project looks OK and there's some upside so longer term might be good for WAF if they do take them over.
