These types of rules aren't there to try and confuse you, they're trying to protect you, and everyone else.

In a nutshell, a mining a company cannot include predictions in forecasts or schedules that are based on "potential" or "anticipated" outcomes - like making an exploration discovery in the future that might one day become a mine, for example.

Mining terminology is complicated, and there are plenty of unscrupulous spruikers who would be more than happy to exploit any loopholes to get access to your investment . That's why the disclosure rules are the way they are.

There are plenty of events that could and probably will radically change that production profile over the coming years. Things like acquisition of a new deposit, exploration discovery/success, or conversion of Resources to Reserves etc. But you'll find out about it via the market at the same time as everyone else.
