There was a placement completed in early July. 109.5 million shares @ $1.37 (approx 9.5% of the expanded capital base). A proportion of that would be overhanging the market. Seems at least as though the stock is selling down once again to nearer that placement price. Can be argued not at all surprising given the scale of the new issue.
