Australia does not supply military equipment to Burkina Faso, however we do offer aid supports, we currently have a stable relationship, its unlikely that we would get caught up in the cross fire, but not impossible… however they would be giving up aid and other supports and then have the headache of trying to run and build mining operations, which has proven to be catastrophic for governments that have tried to do that economically. I think the risk is minimal, however the risk has been priced significantly into the current share price.
If this is a going concern for investors, they can keep an eye on DFAT website on any diplomatic changes that might develop.
