disapointing capital raise imo. I don't blame management for wanting to take some money from the market if it's there. But the discount is unacceptable. It smells of brokers getting the in ear of management. At the very least, if the discount is this large then there should be an entitlement issue on the back end to allow existing (and loyal) investors to participate at the same price. 101 stuff.
