I reckon we see another change in substantial holder notice from Morgan Stanley in the next couple of days. They bought relatively early (for an institution) seemingly to ride the typical revaluation from developer to producer. Now we’re probably seeing a bit of a passing of the baton to the more conservative institutional buyers who only enter when they see positive cashflow and a more defamed asset.
