Lyn still needs to complete heritage surveys- no gtee they will be able to drill where they intend to yet - I’m not trying to say it’s not a good punt , but just suggesting that they could find this somewhat more onerous if there is any suggestions of heritage artefacts or similar- it’s a necessary but important de risk before they can plan the drilling- I think it has terrific potential but will be a lot more comfortable when this is ticked off without incident
it’s certainly been a good run for punters recently-
