Acquisition
The Company has agreed binding terms to purchase 100% of the shares in GMG, which has made application for two exploration licenses (refer figure 1), being:
i. ELA80/6044 which covers an area of approximately 156km2 and sits contiguous to and west of the Company’s existing Nexus tenement E80/5917; and
ii. ELA80/6043 which covers an area of approximately 23km2 and sits immediately to the north of E80/5917
