IMO I recall AMN did a spin off of its unwanted tenements when the potash got the go ahead - some were held by Tali, some by WA1, with parent holding some shares in the daughter companies.
Very fortuitous for AMN if WA1's Luni deposit has the carry through to a large producing Nb resource - cash cow.

Also Tali is thought to be well endowed, and sufficient for RIO to have earn-in stakes over vast areas.

So there is the potash, the see through beneficial stake in Luni (anned to be worth 60 mil) and 40% beneficial stake in Tali's share of the Rio JVs ----- and maybe most important of all what ever Nb, Ta, IOCG targets are found on AMN's own end of the WA1 - ENR intrusive structures.

I cant wait to find time to check it all out on GeoVIEW.
