I thought the wa1 shares held by tali is worth approx $165 million at close today. Tali would become a major takeover target if it was listed on the asx.
Amn’s 40% is worth roughly $65 million but management are drawing huge salaries here for very little output. The company would also have to pay tax on profits.
tali’s or amn exploration ground would be worth the same as rcr or cgr so roughly $40 million dollars if they were listed separately on the asx and actively exploring their assets.
