As an example you've got millions of dollars being spent on cobalt processing in Qld when the rest of the world is spending a fortune in R&D to try to develop Li batteries without cobalt.

In February Mike Henry (BHP) said other countries were seeking to eat Australia's lunch when it came to critical minerals and mining investments and here we are months later and nothings changed.

Anyway we don't need the government, the market will capitalize on this discovery and make it happen, no doubt about it!
