I hope they mix up the interval between announcements - it would go some way towards controlling the attempts to manipulate the SP. If the accumulators know they can bank on at least two clear weeks between announcements, they can push the price down with confidence before the next announcement by selling small volumes into the buy stack (as has been happening the past few days).
