I've had a read and one of their many issues is the sovereign risk it seems Malawi is unlikely to foster investor confidence given its rated 127th in the world in terms of prosperity, has a tenuous democratic situation, suffers from insecure electricity supply, and limited infrastructure. Makes WA seem very attractive! Canada might have comparables
