Could it be driven by:
1. a liquidity issue? Essentially if you're not wanting to hold over the next few weeks today is one of the few liquid days perhaps until the end of January given low SOI
2. Time of year. No one is typically buying because they're about to take off and have a rest from the market
3. Expecting a Luni update and only received P2
4. The Fed awaiting CPI data and news on rates may see a flow on in terms of sentiment
I'm out of ideas - today is totally ridiculous
