I dont think we're near being out of the discovery phase. There's still a lot of speculation and potential upside to come IMO from the drill out of these carbonatites. The fact that there are economic grades at all in these initial hits astounds me. DRE are just understanding their carbonatite now and they've been capped at +$100m for some time (currently circa $300m). Modern day investors are fickle and impatient unfortunately.
Also, you'd hope investors are sophisticated enough to understand market caps.... the share price itself is meaningless, as is needing a share split right now.
I dont think we're near being out of the discovery phase....
