2% of in ground value seems unbelievably conservative as a potential valuation but maybe that is the average ?
As a comparison .. is anyone able to do it in reverse for the Sirius Nova/Bollinger sale to IG? Thanks in advance if someone can do this.
Sirius was sold for $1.8B .. so what was the % of their sale price to their in ground value? Was that only 2%?
