Thank you for the spreadsheet there, I'll try to figure out how it relates to Luni in this case.
My general calculations got to at least $3B in NPV10 (trying to assume only 25% payability, only 1.75% average grade on 15m layer, assuming only $35/kg Nb price etc etc...).
But as you say, timeline is key.
