Sirius is the fastest discovery to operations story in recent times and that was over 10 years ago operating in two years. That is the benchmark bluey and if government sets traffic lights for green then this can do similar. It generally takes a lot longer and is usually a result of government laggards. The economics here stack up so well that the risk is probably around securing off takes and WA1 have the right man on the job for that. Goodbye monopoly. Hello duopoly.
