I can imagine the threat of a brain drain from CBMM is real. With Niobium experts only having one real place to work the opportunity to build something from scratch in Australia must be quite an enticing opportunity. When/if things kick off, even though this is a limited market with limited SME depth, WA1 will have little problems attracting the right talent.
