I personally thku for your prognosis, but obviously you missed the mail. Conversations Wa1 committee have communicated so far that the Niobium market is welcoming and wanting a new source of product to cease China's control on market price, stating that more competition will create more avenues and open up market options, India for example.
Its all under announcements, so have a look.
