Are you saying that the chart takes priority over the underlying business? so, a gold discovery, a multi million dollar business deal, rising prices of commodities will have no effect on the chart? !!!!
Charts merely reflect actual events. Too many people trade only on charts making them self-fulfilling. It's a mistake to ignore the fundamentals, they will always win out in the end.
