After the latest results with the ND + Pr hits I had to look up the value of these rare earths and I found this artice that was published on the 10 April 2024 - it is a perfect summay of the value of NdPr and the other players in Australia who mine it:

The good news from this article is NdPr prices on the 10 April 2024 was US$52 per kg
Whilst price for Nb2O5 (the stuff we have trucl loads of) is $US$45 per kg.
For me this makes this resource even greater than I thought.
