No direct resource experience. Do get a gut feel for the 3D nature of mineralisation as more details come up, though lacking important information (grade distribution down hole, survey data, detail geology, SG etc etc) means only the roughest of estimates can be attempted by armchair researchers.
As hole density increases a reasonable first pass back of the envelope can be made. Quite a few here on HC plus some by Analysts with some consensus for the area drilled so far.
One or more high grade zones (tiered by faulting to shallow and deeper) all with an envelope of lower grade [Most longer intersections are a high grade core with a halo of 0.2-0.5% that is commonly 60+-% of the interval - beats having barren rock to dilute. Parts of such a halo could end up in a mill].

The X drilling gave WA1 some data to base variability stats on, so you may be correct that much of the mineralised blanket could make it into indicated. Some areas have the density others may not. I suspect 100m spacing is at the margin between inferred and likely indicated. 200m inferred to excluded.

Doubt the deeper holes (fresh rock, sub 100m vertical) will be used in the upcoming MRE. Happy to be proved wrong.

The controls on mineralisation in fresh rock are going to be different than for the "blanket". As would be the Mett.
Likely to be an UG operation (if any) which means a grade north of 0.5% consistently across a large volume (Niobec for example). To date the limited announced results are patchy with some promise (haven't done a close study as a lot of work and too many variables.)

WA1 seem to be focusing on the 100/200m infill completion judging by the sentinel imagery this year. Maybe not even that with apparently only one diamond rig on site which appears to be visiting existing sites only.

Lots of assumptions and speculation which may or may not be realistic.
