CHN very low grade, enviro issues and also low margin at current spot prices for palladium- and much higher capex due to the bigger plant size required to process the low grade. its best metals Cu and Co are extremely low grade. WA1 doesnt need as big a plant to start as the Niobium is high grade >1%.
