Maybe someone requested a CR and it was rebuffed hence it's a bit of a touch up?
Maybe whoever lent their shares out for the shorters don't care as they are taking no risk on getting their cash back or have confidence that it will rebound, and possibly allowing them and others to buy up on a lower value than they would have got the CR anyway?
All just wild guesses but the sooner the MRE gets out the better for all of us. The current pricing is going to look like the bargain of the century once it does if it is everything we hope for.
