Zooming out on both sections it appears to be a base of transported cover. Have seen this mentioned a few times now that there is mineralisation in some of the redeposited layers, just over the insitu mineralized weathered rock. If I recall this is similar to the higher grade REE mineralisation at Mt Weld is concentrated by localized reposition. But in Luni's case doesn't seem to be the highest grade stuff.
