    Hi Champlain... You are too kind your words!

    I am a few years shy of having a 5 in front of my age. Hoping to stop renting and get a decent deposit together for a house with my WA1 shares. So "time is the enemy" for me, hence my impatience. WA1 SP in 2024 has been grossly undervalued in my opinion. Hoping there will be a significant re-rate in 2025 to reflect its true value.
