Yes correct - it's hard to find a landing point on new significant discoveries, CHN took a while to ramp up when investors were getting familiar with PGE/3E etc (from April-Sept 2020 it floated around $1-1.50 before taking off). Even the 7m @ 3.5% Nb is a thick intercept if you were to consider it instead at 1% over 24.5m (at a basic level). If they can replicate that or similar high grades between the known holes, that would be incredible.
