To flow test other zones, you are correct - tubing out and perf other zones.
Surface facilities will include;
- Choke
- Chen injection skid (methanol for de-icing, corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor)
- Metering
- Liquids handling if required (but not expected IMO)
Pipeline will be around 1.5-2 years due to;
- regulatory approvals process
- linepipe lead time of 6 months
- pig trap closures might be up to 6 months too
Construction of that line would only be a month.
