4.50 to 4.75 was a smoothed out average that both parties probably agreed with in 2020 based on a 10 year tightening outlook you forget spot in 2020 was like 2.70 at the time. Seems like wgo are making this statement that they recei Es the best price they could for 10 years back in 2020 but didn't know what was to come.
