If I could ask a really dumb question, and please excuse me.
WE3 obviously looks great and our permit obviously has a boundary which is based on ground surface measurements. A reservoir (underground) obviously may not match the surface boundaries.
Does that mean we can extract gas from a reservoir within our permit boundary and for example if Beach has a neighbouring permit they can extract gas from the same reservoir. So then it is first in first served to see who can extract the most gas from the same reservoir ?
