Excellent anno. Good point re M&A, the Alcoa GSA that WGO signed was conditional on FID by a certain date, Gina moved once this GSA had/or was about to lapse. I don't think it is a pre-condition to FID though, the blame for that lies fairly and squarely on the tardiness of the WA Government and their snail paced approval process.
