The Exit column in the model is the terminal value which contains the assumed value moving forward. Note that with discount rate of 11%, anything more than 8 years from now is pretty much discount to negligible amount in today's value. I will continue to assume long term gas price at 7.50 because I don't have a crystal ball and it's far better to under assume than over assume.
