Good news is Environmental approval is a slam dunk.. bad news is it might be being used as a lever to get Hancock our shares on the cheap. Looking at the downside risk from 23c its hard to not just buy x infinity.. especially with Ed 30 days off.. likely todays sell off is actually shorts closing? Could half this volume be churning to themselves?
