Does say Dbgp can feed into the reservoir
Doesn't specifically say pgp can feed into the reservoir storage but pgp can feed into the dbgp pipeline which in a round about way can feed into the reservoir
Dont think they care who's gas it is as long as the correct volumes and tolling is being accounted , so there's nothing to say STO's or NWS gas is going to a particular client it's all mixed at a predetermined minimum specification with meters counting the in going and outgoing volumes
