I cannot understand why certain parties cannot accept the fact...

I cannot understand why certain parties cannot accept the fact that the only way Walyering can increase output is,

1. PGP to get more load. If there is any pending, no one is saying, and/or

2. Transfer PGP gas to the DBNGP. And PGP gas cannot be pumped into the DBNGP at this stage. It is just not possible until the interconnect is established.

The big man himself, says that output is constrained by lack of load and inability to transfer gas to the DBNGP.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but with good argument. J L.
