i should fill you in Idle./ i have two of them on my farm in the midlands of Tasmania. They are called pivot irrigators because they pivot around an anchored centre point. They are not driven by water but rather by electric or hydraulic motors with the energy source, be it a diesel motor or underground mains power originating from the centre point. In operation, the outer wheels rotate at a (dialup) fixed speed. All other wheels
are controlled be sensors which keep the whole pivot in line

Very common in the northern midlands of Tasmania which you can verify from google maps.
