Hmm, my issue with this is that why didn't they offer 30m to instos and just stop there? And hold off an SPP until share prices have increased with good announcements, giving us shareholders a good capital gain.
After awhile when prices have stagnated and they don't have more announcements to churn, offer the SPP as to not hinder SP growth.
