Sorry @rexsh, your comment doesn't make sense to me.

They would not have called upon Aztech and incurred what one could only assume to be a significant additional expense if they had all the tools necessary to do it themselves.
This (to me) by definition would make it an STX specific problem that they were unable/unsure on how to solve on their own.
This is not a criticism nor a bad thing as it shows that they are not too proud to ask for help when help is available. To do otherwise would be a display of contempt, particularly toward STX shareholders..

I don't think @Tooter 's comments can be considered mud slinging, particularly when the operator themselves announced and acknowledged their (Aztech's) involvement was required.
