Wellhead seals failing pressure tests is not uncommon and 99% of the time, spare seals or in this case, a 'back up' slip and seal assembly would normally be on location. The non productive time would be in the order of a few hours.
By not having a spare slip and seal (either purchased outright or even on 'rental') on location and having to wait seven days will likely cost the project 7 days x the spread rate.
