very unlikely (imo) there are moveable hydrocarbons in the 2nd intermediate section. I think it is more an exercise to understand the formations and how they correlate to the seismic interpretation, as well as refining their interpretation for other wet gas targets in the basin.
If there was to be a commercial discovery in this section they would have seen gas / oil to surface IMO.
The main game starts from 4000m down to 4900m
