For those interested in a bit of a laugh, go and have a read of SGC announcement today re their Borba hole soon to be spudded in Sacramento Basin in California. On page 3 of announcement is a comparison between the Sacramento Basin and Perth Basin and direct reference to Strike and Warrego. After reading the comparison table I didn't realise how bad off both STX and WGO are!! On a serious note I dont think management of either will be too impressed. Also interesting that SGC's JV partner, XST put out an announcement at the same time but made no reference to Perth Basin. Presumably didnt want to ruffle any feathers.
