From the article (stuff we already know):
"Fund managers reckon Strike has got the firepower, a much healthier valuation gap since March (2020), and a strong share price at its disposal if it wants to revisit the Warrego deal."
It also mentions the pre-requisite of Donald and McNiven's support. There must be some recent developments.
