IMO SP stagnation is due to SN creditability which has been shot to pieces with all of last years hype and under delivery on WE drills hence the continued short interest.
creditability will take awhile to recover and he’s now on the other side of pendulum (understated and conservative, only option) which is never going to ignite the SP.
Market ain’t buying drilling results until 3rd parties have verified which takes time and requires flawless drilling, which has improved dramatically.
