Yes, but when he said that STX would consider expanding output from Haber, my interpretation of "consider" was that it is an option. I think when the time comes, the alternate option could be export. Haber may provide the ability for STX to access the export market so SE gas surplus to Haber's needs could also be destined for the export market if an exemption is granted. By then, Walyering and WE will be significant contributors to the WA domestic market. JMO.
