Found it, Doral is who I was thinking of, this pic shows that mine they have with the 4-5yr mine life.
I have no idea if they have reserves elsewhere nearby I haven't dug that deep.
The mines next door are Iluka and Tronox.
Ambergate is not far and on the tail end of Tronox as per the above image.
