Agreed so that to me raises questions about the planning for the first capital raise a few weeks back. Why only $800k when apparently it was oversubscribed only to realise more was needed a few weeks later??
I'm sure they need this $3 million and will use it well. But I'm a little concerned a company has to do two raises barely a month apart because the first one wasn't enough. Just my thoughts.
