I tend to agree, however the previous raise of $800k is an unusual amount for the timing. I honestly believe that the Co did not have these figures and dates premeditated, despite the latest pump resulting in higher vwap and less dilution. Overall its a positive that the CR is in the 2's, but then a negative that its all in the hands of sophs that will give us a more bumpy ride.

Perhaps the Co needed the money quicksmart to 'encourage' decision makers to comply with MR, a SH placement would take a couple of weeks.
